Spectra Pre-Rod

Spectra-Pre ROD filters are used for supply, exhaust and circulating air filtration in ventilation systems which built for high dust holding capacity, used in all industrial, HVAC and pharmaceutical application. Where subsequent final filters are placed, they protect them from coarser dust and fog, thus significantly prolonging their life and increasing their operational safety.

Spectra Eco Pleat is specially designed to protect coarser filters with high dust arrestance. Designed with moisture resistance cardboard frame, engineered with expanded metal backed synthetic media, ECO pleat is fully incinerable.

Spectra Wire Mesh

 The Spectrum wire mesh filter is designed for very harsh environmental applications. The filter is designed with 7 Layers of Aluminum Expanded Metal (1st layer flat as face guard + 2nd layer vertically crimped in "v" form + 3rd layer flat + 4th layer horizontally crimped in "v" form + 5th layer flat + 6th layer vertically crimped in "v" form + 7th layer flat as face guard). This pack is housed in Aluminium frame. It is also available in 5 layers of Aluminium Expanded Metal. These layers of filtering media give high strength to withstand turbulence flow, resulting in high pre-filtration efficiency along with low pressure drop. This design has long filter life and low energy consumption with less maintenance costs due to the self cleaning and reusability property of filter.

Spectra Matrix

 Spectra MATRIX is a gas-phase filtration medium presented in the form of an extruded honeycomb-shaped block, consisting of multiple cells. Each cell within the block offers an extensive surface area, resulting in a substantial contact surface per unit volume. Notably, the entire Monolithic Grid Block comprises 100% adsorbent material. Spectra MATRIX is employed to achieve exceptional removal of TVOC (Total Volatile Organic Compounds) and common odors. These blocks have a high CTC %, ensuring prolonged effectiveness in molecular filtration applications.
