General Ventilation

Air filters for general ventilation applications are designed to remove various types of airborne contaminants, such as dust, pollen, mold, and bacteria, from the indoor air. Spectra Cell compact minipleat filters are pleated filters that provide a higher filtration surface area. They are available in different range of efficiencies for general ventilation applications and are often used in applications that require high airflow and low pressure drop.

Spectra Cell Deep pleat filters are designed for applications that require high filtration efficiency and low pressure drop. They are available in a multiple range of efficiencies and are typically made of synthetic or glass fibers.

Bag / Pocket Filter

Spectra Micro Vee

The Spectra Microvee filters are specially meant for fine filtration in Air handling units and are offered as per ISO 16890. These are robust filters made of some layers of synthetic mesh that has Synthetic non-woven sandwiched in between. The pleats are V shaped and rounded well to increase the dust arrestance of filters. Media is further enforced by metallic expanded mesh to give extra rigidity to pleats so that peats would retain their shape at higher pressure drop. Equal spacing in pleats is maintained by use of metallic spacers.

Spectra Eco Pleat

Spectra Eco Pleat is specially designed to protect coarser filters with high dust arrestance. Designed with moisture resistance cardboard frame, engineered with expanded metal backed synthetic media, ECO pleat is fully incinerable.

Spectra Cell

The Spectra Cell Deep pleat is a ruggedly constructed, heavy duty filter which has a higher media area and ensures extremely high dust holding capacity with lower operating pressure, stable performance at variable airflow. Filter media layers with aluminium separators makes the air to flow through the entire media area and increase the lifetime of the filter.

Spectra Wire Mesh

The Spectrum wire mesh filter is designed for very harsh environmental applications. The filter is designed with 7 Layers of Aluminum Expanded Metal (1st layer flat as face guard + 2nd layer vertically crimped in "v" form + 3rd layer flat + 4th layer horizontally crimped in "v" form + 5th layer flat + 6th layer vertically crimped in "v" form + 7th layer flat as face guard). This pack is housed in Aluminium frame. It is also available in 5 layers of Aluminium Expanded Metal. These layers of filtering media give high strength to withstand turbulence flow, resulting in high pre-filtration efficiency along with low pressure drop. This design has long filter life and low energy consumption with less maintenance costs due to the self cleaning and reusability property of filter.

Spectra Diffusion AC-560G

The ceiling filter or diffusion media is specially designed to be used in the ceiling of paint spray facilities in auto assembly plants and down draft spray cabins of auto refinishing facilities as well as in paint spray booths of the repair after markets.

This ceiling filter enhances a very uniform air distribution and an optimal laminar air flow. Further, it acts as the final filtration barrier to paint damaging particles from the air stream which is an absolute requirement for high gloss and high-tech performance finishes.

This diffusion media is thermally bonded and impregnated in full depth with a special tackifier coating to prevent any release of fibers and migration of paint damaging particles larger than 5 microns due to vibration in the system, even under varying temperature conditions.
