Spectra Drop Shield Reverse Pocket

Spectra Drop Shield Reverse pocket (SDSRP) filters are unique premium hydrophobic pre-filters in reverse air flow direction where space is a constraint. The SRP pocket filters serve as efficient pre or final filters in air intake systems of Gas turbines in any environmental condition (including offshore, marine) and in any climate (including tropical). They efficiently remove air borne particulate matter but also snow, mist and fog acting as a filter and a coalescer in one. SDSRP filters are specially designed for the elimination of free water and air borne salt crystals. Where subsequent final filters are placed, they protect them not only from coarse dust but also from running in wet conditions. The SDSRP filters do significantly prolong the filter lifetime of the final filter and increase their operational safety.

Spectra Micro Vee

The Spectra Microvee filters are specially meant for fine filtration in Air handling units and are offered as per ISO 16890. These are robust filters made of some layers of synthetic mesh that has Synthetic non-woven sandwiched in between. The pleats are V shaped and rounded well to increase the dust arrestance of filters. Media is further enforced by metallic expanded mesh to give extra rigidity to pleats so that peats would retain their shape at higher pressure drop. Equal spacing in pleats is maintained by use of metallic spacers.

Spectra Cell Compact

Spectra Cell Compact mini pleated filters offer substantial advantages over conventional deep pleat ASHRAE filters, not the least of which are higher flow capacities, less space, reduced resistance to flow, and greatly enhanced dust holding capacities. It serves as an excellent final filter for air intake systems of combustion engines and as a final filter in HVAC systems.
 

Spectra Cell

 The Spectra Cell is a ruggedly constructed, heavy duty, high efficiency filter. It has a higher media area and ensures high dust holding capacity with lower operating pressure, stable performance at variable airflow. Filter media layers with aluminium separators makes the air to flow through the entire media area and increase the lifetime of the filter. The high efficiency and moisture resistance of the filter keeps the inside clean & protects against moisture and salt.
