The Spectrum - Filtrair welded stiff pocket filters are aerodynamically designed for full media utilization. The filter incorporates Filtrair's high performance synthetic filter media featuring progressive density and high dust holding capacity. Stiff pockets ensure preservation of dust cake formed and enhance filter efficiency gradually while in use. The special pocket construction prevents sudden increase in pressure drop, dust break through, dust unloading and pocket degradation.
Available in Filter Class:
ASHRAE 52.2 - MERV
5 - 13
EN 779
G3 – F7
Eurovent 4 / 5
EU 3 – EU 7

- Spectrum-Filtrair Rigid Pocket Filters are designed to optimize power cost for running the system.
- Made from high performance, 100% unbreakable Synthetic fibers, which means no fibers breaking into the air stream.
- Pockets are welded and not stitched at the seams, therefore no chance of leakage.
- Rigid pocket construction of the Filtrair pocket ensures that the pockets do not flutter during operation and do not sag when the ventilator is switched on and off. This ensures that the dust cake on the filter is not disturbed and the filter works at higher efficiency levels.
- High dust holding capacity and low-pressure drop performance means that optimum saving in both filter life and energy costs is achieved.
- Synthetic media is 100% resistant to humidity and effects of chemical agents.
- Welded Dot / Diamond spacers ensure that proper distance is maintained between the pockets while in operation and steady air flow is achieved across the entire surface. If spacers are not present or fail to work, the pockets blow up during operation and touch the wall of the adjourning pocket. This surface then remains unutilized.
- The Filtrair pocket filter media confirms to all European Union and US fire classifications like DIN 53438-F1 and UL-2.
